QUIZ: Test your knowledge of Russian poetry

The All-Russian Decorative Art Museum presents the children and grown-ups project "ABC OF RUSSIAN POETRY" in the framework of the UK-Russia Year of Language and Literature.

The exhibition incorporates 32 facsimile copies of author's graphics in "ink and pen" technique, created by a talented Moscow artist Vadim Andreev (1962-2014). The organisers of the project have chosen various texts and quotes from Russian poetry to accompany the graphics works.

The idea of the project is simple: it reminds us about the importance of visual art and literature for children and adults in understanding the world and retaining our ability to see, feel and experience its beauty and diversity. The exhibition also offers decorative panels with information about the history of the All-Russian Decorative Art Museum, its collections, international projects and development plans.
